  • What is a telehealth visit for massage therapy?

Booking a telehealth visit with a Registered Massage Therapist can seem very different. Due to COVID-19, this method allows the RMT to do initial intake, health history and assessment through a video call in the safety of our own space. Assessment is an important way for the RMT to create a treatment plan that is suited to your treatment goals. Sessions can take anywhere from 15 minutes to one hour in length. Ask us for more details.
