Nicole Nifo is a Registered Massage Therapist with 20 years of experience, with a special focus on Prenatal/Postpartum Wellness and Scar Therapy. As an experienced online C-section Recovery Coach, Nicole is dedicated to supporting mothers through the physical and emotional challenges of cesarean recovery. Her personal experiences with both traumatic and empowered Cesarean births inspired her mission to improve pre/post-operative care for new mothers. Nicole focuses on the crucial first 12 weeks postpartum, offering a holistic approach combining emotional support and physical rehabilitation. She is skilled in helping clients understand key elements of postpartum rehab, such as birth processing, restoring movement, promoting scar healing, and aiding core muscle recovery. Nicole’s expertise includes manual scar release techniques and using the Neurostim Micropoint Stimulation machine to treat both new and old C-section scars effectively.   • How do I book my massage therapy appointments?

    We have an easy to use online booking system, just create an account and book your appointment.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our policy is that we require 24 hours notice to cancel or change appointments unless you wake up with symptoms of a cold or flu. Please immediately contact Nicole directly or the clinic location you have booked at.

  • I need to cancel my appointment, who do I contact?

    To modify appointments, you can use the online booking system. If it is less than 24 hours, please call the clinic you have booked with directly. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a fee may be charged.

  • When do I fill out my health history form?

    As soon as you create an account, our system will email you a request to fill out the health form online.

  • How is the clinic sanitized?

    We use medical-grade cleaners that are recommended by Health Canada. All massage table linens are clean and fresh for each patient.

  • Can I get a massage if I have a cold?

    To protect the health and safety of the massage therapist and our patients, we ask that if you or someone you live with have symptoms of a cold or flu that you cancel your appointment.
